Was driving past and saw a Greek restaurant, something I have been craving in Auckland for years. Imagine my suprise when we popped in to find Kostas at the door. We have been buying pizza for years from Divino’s so seeing Kostas here we knew we were in for a taste treat.
We ordered so much food because of the great choices, Spoilt for choice really. We had to take it home with us as we were both stuffed silly.
Staff are super friendly. Looking forward to trying more of the menu ?

Just a few hundred metres from home we had hoped this perfectly located restaurant would be something special, and it is. The hosts and staff are a pleasure and the ambiance is always good. We go there weekly and will keep doing so. I should also mention that the food is delicious.

We live in the Bay and tried it for the first time. I LOVE this place. Great dark Italian beers 7% (ers) food was dam great. Price wise bang on! Still only been going 3 weeks and a couple of hiccups but who gets its right in the first few weeks of trade. This is such a great find. Food menu will cater for all and you must try the Greek Red by the glass … if yr a SHIRAZ person you will love it. 100% going back ?

Great dinner spot near the beach and convenient for anyone living on the north shore. Reasonable prices and outstanding quality food. Recommend the seafood salad and pizzas. Will be back to try the rest of the menu!

We had a meal last night with friends at this lovely new local eatery .Our first visit and what a pleasant experience .We were made welcome from the moment we arrived . Service and food was fantastic , very busy night for a very hard working team , no stress and nothing at all was a bother for them .

We usually go to Campbell’s bay for a swim and last week, while passing by we decided to check this place out, we were welcomed and happily seated as well as the manager personally came to greet us (amidst managing a jam packed restaurant!). Waiters and waitresses were very hospitable and attentive.

El Greco is highly recommended for it delicious authentic food, great ambience !! We will definitely go there again ?

Having seen the sign for a few weeks while driving up beach road it was finally time to give this restaurant a try.

We booked (thankfully) a table for 19:30 on a Friday night. When we arrived we weren’t sure there was going to be anywhere for us to sit. Our table wasn’t available yet so they made a plan and got us seated temporarily. More and more people continued to arrive…

We were seated at our booked table now and the excellent service continued. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were very attentive but not in a pestering way. The young lady who served us (head waitress) was brilliant!

We eagerly ordered our food and waited in anticipation for its arrival, watching as others food went out and was devoured by other patrons. Food arrived (it was busy so a bit of a wait) but WELL worth the wait. Excellent food, great flavour, perfect portion sizes. Good wholesome cooking. Various dishes were ordered and the scallops are a must!

Came to desert and most of us were full but one member of our party had the baklava and let us all try some… OH MY WORD… I don’t even eat baklava and I would happily have this one again, amazing.

Overall a thoroughly enjoyable evening, great food, excellent service, well worth a visit.

Popped in a few weeks ago almost by accident. We were cruising past and spotted a Greek sign. Just had to stop in.
The restaurant is owned by Kostas who own’s divinos on shakespeare road. This is more Greek meditarian.
We had a selection of the starters and decided on the chicken slouvaki Was so tasty and so much food. We can’t wait to go back again and try the other food on the menu.

AUTHENTIC Greek food at last.

Good pizzas and pastas as well for the Italian cuisine lovers.

The place is brand new and has great service.

A bit pricey on the mains but you get excellent food.

These guys can get extremely busy at times so be patient.

Looking forward for more Greek specials on the menu.

The place is almost by the beach so some nice takeaway meze plates would be good.
