El Greco Greek - Italian Eatery is the latest creation of Kostas Grigorakis and Sarah Newson. Head chef Kostas was born and bred in Greece, and his Kiwi wife Sarah was born on the mainland! Together they are a formidable team. Equally renowned is George the front-of-house person who has been an integral part of the team since the beginning. The trio's energy and character are the essential elements that makes El Greco an authentic Greek - Italian dining experience.

Always a wonderful experience dining here. One of my favourite restaurants on the North Shore. The staff welcome you with authentic Mediterranean hospitality, incredibly warm and friendly. The food is outstanding. Great location right on the esplanade in Campbells Bay. I also really enjoy the wine list, which features organic wines from some key regions across Europe. The pizzas are out of this world.

This place is amazing, would give it 10 stars if I could, amazing service and food. Such a family feel to the place. We loved the photos of the owner in his home land on the walls and his family recipe's in the menu. Even the coffee he made us was one of the best I've had in Auckland.
Hands down the best restaurant we have ever been to, this is becoming our date night spot nowadays. The food is so delicious made with love and taste so yum. We so far have tried both the pizza and pasta and we loved it every time we ate. It's best to do your booking in advance because this place books out so quickly.
